  1. Cleanse. Wash you hair everyday. Use a shampoo to clean your hair and scalp. Make sure to use the right shampoo for your hair type. Use small circular motions to shampoo. Start from the scalp and roots. Rinse thoroughly.
  2. Tone and Massage. Tone by massaging your scalp in circular motion using the tip of your fingers (not your fingernails!). This stimulates blood circulation and hair growth. It will also have a relaxing feeling
  3. Condition. Conditioning, moisturizes the hair. It helps to restore balance to the hair. If your hair is oily, you might not need to condition daily.
  4. Dry. Dry your hair correctly. Wrap it with a towel. Do not pull or tug. Use your fingertips to untangle.
  5. Brush. Brush your hair to help blood circulation. Use a soft bristled brush. Do this in the morning and at night
