Here are some tips to take care of the different parts of your body.

This will protect your teeth from cavity and plaque and prevent mouth odor. Remember to brush your teeth twice a day - in the morning and at night.
Our hands are one of the first things people notice. Keep your hands soft, silky and clean. Wash your hands before every meal. Moisturize at least four times a day. Your hands are exposed to lot of elements so protect it. Exfoliate once a week to remove dry and hard skin. Massage your hands with a moisturizer or hand cream at night before you sleep and wear a cotton gloves to have incredibly soft hands in the morning. Trim your nails or have a manicure.
Our feet need special attention and care since it carry most of our body weight most of the time. Massage your feet and ankles regularly with a moisturizing, nourishing cream. Remove rough skin with a pumice or sloughing cream. Trim your toe nails and have a pedicure. To soothe aching and swelling feet, soak in warm water with salts for 5 to 10 minutes.
